Lifetime Warranty on PVC Fence Materials

Value Fencing® is the leading supplier of premium PVC (uPVC, Vinyl, Plastic) fencing products. We proudly guarantee that our PVC fencing material will remain free from defects and will not peel, crack, chip, or blister for its lifetime (minimum of 20 years).

UV Protection Warranty

Value Fencing, backed by the manufacturer, ensures that the installed PVC material will not discolor due to direct sunlight. However, this warranty does not extend to discoloration or damage caused by:

• Air pollution (e.g., metal oxides, metallic particles).
• Harmful chemicals or corrosive substances.

Cleaning Product Limitations

The use of household cleaning agents other than Domestos, Kleen Green, or P-11 cutting cream on our PVC products will void this warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

1. Improper Use or Installation
   • Damages resulting from improper application or DIY installations.
   • Abuse, negligence, accidents, alterations, or acts of God.
   • Failures caused by sub-structures such as:
     • Hollow block walls.
     • Single-row brick walls.
     • Retainer blocks (Loffals).
     • Pre-cast walls.
2. Painting & Coating
   • Painting the PVC material with acrylic paint will not void the warranty.
   • Application of any other paint type or coating will immediately void the guarantee.
3. Non-PVC Components
   • Gate hardware, ironmongery, brackets, rollers, slide tracks, gate motors, closures, electric fencing, and electronic access systems.
   • These components may be covered by their respective manufacturers but are excluded from the Value Fencing warranty.
4. Third-Party Modifications or Additions
   • Any damage caused by the installation of external components by third parties.

Workmanship Warranty

Value Fencing guarantees the quality of installation workmanship for 1 (one) year from the invoice date.

Warranty Claim Process

If a product defect covered by this warranty arises, the following steps must be taken:

1. Written Notice: The original purchaser must submit a written notice detailing the nature of the defect, along with proof of purchase (invoice).
2. Inspection: Value Fencing reserves the right to inspect the defective material at its head office to validate the claim.
3. Repair or Replacement: If the claim is deemed valid, Value Fencing will repair or replace the defective parts at its discretion.
   • Removal and reinstallation of defective parts will be provided free of charge if the warranty claim is approved.

Warranty Conditions

• The warranty is valid only for fully settled invoices as per our Terms of Sale.
• This warranty applies solely to the original owner and is non-transferable.
• No other express warranties, agreements, or representations, written or implied, are valid unless explicitly stated in this document.
• Value Fencing shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from defects or product failures.
