Waiting for a Fencing Reply? Reconnect with Marius in Pretoria

If you previously contacted Value Fencing® about a Pretoria, Tshwane or Centurion project and have not received a response, please contact Marius de Lange again. Earlier WhatsApp messages and backups may not be available to the new local operator.

The October 2026 ownership change introduces Marius as the local Certified Reseller & Installer for Value Fencing®. The phone number remains 083 459 7958.

Why should I contact the new team again?

An old message thread does not necessarily mean the new team can see your enquiry. During a phone and account handover, earlier conversations may not be accessible.

Contacting Marius again gives the current team a fresh starting point. It also avoids leaving a project waiting because everyone assumes the previous correspondence has been received.

What information will help?

Start with your name, suburb and the best number for a return call. Then explain whether you need a new quotation or want to discuss an existing matter.

Useful references include:

• The quotation or order number, if you have one.
• The name of the business shown on your documents.
• The date of your last communication.
• A short explanation of what remains outstanding.
• Relevant photographs or correspondence that can be shared through an agreed channel.

You do not need to reconstruct every conversation before making the first call. Begin with a clear summary and establish what information is needed next.

What if I paid a deposit or need a repair?

Say so at the start. An existing payment, incomplete installation or repair request needs a different discussion from a new sales enquiry.

The documents and project history must be reviewed individually before the available next steps can be explained. A new contact announcement is not a substitute for that review.

Which contact should I use?

Call Marius directly. The campaign uses phone contact while WhatsApp is being re-established; WhatsApp availability should be checked before relying on it.
